Job description

• Oversees a company's accounting and financial reporting, managing tasks like budgeting, financial analysis, and payroll
• Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing cash flow, and providing financial guidance to senior management to help achieve strategic goals
• Prepare monthly financial statement analytical review for senior management and ensure accurate, reliable, complete and timely submission of financial reports.
• Responds to inquiries from the Board of Directors and Vice President-Finance / Controller regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
• Oversees the payroll and billing group and to assist in the management, planning and development of an efficient payroll and billing system.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Assist system users in the proper operation and maintenance of the Accounting System.
• Must be CPA; with minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience
