Job summary

Tan Group of Companies is seeking an Accounting Manager in Metro Manila to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

You will supervise the Accounting team, review financial statements and tax-related documents, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

This role requires strong internal controls, timely financial reporting, and adherence to government regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Supervise and guide the Accounting team in completing assigned tasks.
Review financial statements, reports, and accounting transactions.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and tax-related documents.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
Coordinate with other departments, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues.
Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
