Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, ERP operations and financial reporting. The role emphasizes improving operational efficiency while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

You will lead and mentor the accounting team, coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders, and drive process improvements through automation and stronger internal controls to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• CPA license required
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong taxation experience
• Hands-on ERP experience
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities
