Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a General Accounting Intern to support the accounting team in processing transactions, verifying financial data, and assisting in billing and reconciliation.

This role offers hands-on experience with e-commerce partner transactions and service accounts, in a hybrid setup at Taguig, BGC. The internship runs with a paid allowance and opportunities to learn across cross-functional teams, including Technology, Logistics, and Marketing & Product departments.

Responsibilities

• Transaction and Payment Support: Review and verify payments, fees, rebates, and transactions from e-commerce partners.
• Billing and Documentation: Prepare and send billing statements and SOAs using automated systems and Google Mail Merge; collate invoices.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on costs and transactions; assist in preparing internal reports.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Technology, Logistics, and Marketing teams; support financial reporting requirements.

As aGeneral Accounting Intern, you will support the accounting team in processing transactions, verifying financial data, and assisting in billing and reconciliation activities. You will gain hands‑on experience in accounting operations, particularly in managing transactions related to e-commerce partners and service accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction and Payment Support

  • Help ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

  • Assist in preparing and sending billing statements and Statements of Account (SOA) using tools such as automated billing systems and Google Mail Merge
  
  
  • Collate and organize sales and service invoices for client transmittal
