Peerless Products Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in the Philippines to lead the accounting department and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial information. The role requires hands-on leadership, process improvement, and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, supervisory experience, and solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Supervisory or managerial accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and internal controls.
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate with auditors and facilitate audit requirements.
