Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is looking for an Implementation Specialist I to support data migration for RealPage Accounting. You will review legacy data, populate import templates, and upload files while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

The role requires a accounting/finance background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal partners. Overtime may be needed to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years in a financial or accounting role.
• Proficient in English with strong detail orientation.
• Analytical with good organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and validate data from legacy systems using templates.
• Populate import files and upload into RealPage Accounting.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues.
• Reconcile migrated data with historical reports.
• Complete Retrofit tasks and site setup per plan.
• Generate custom financial reports per client needs.
• Maintain records of migration and retrofit communications.
• Notify management of data gaps or defects.
• Serve as contact for key tasks within the team.
