Job Overview

We are looking for bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Technical Support team as Accounting Support Specialists.

This is an entry-level accounting-focused role designed for candidates with a good theoretical understanding of accounting who are looking to build practical experience in UK accounting and tax.

Previous experience in an accounting practice or customer support is not required, as full training will be provided on UK accounting processes, taxation, internal systems, and customer support procedures.

The successful candidates will support customers through a ticketing system, assisting with general and technical accounting queries while providing clear, accurate, and professional responses.
