Job summary

Professional Parking Management Corporation is seeking a focused Finance Associate to join the team in Ortigas. The role covers core accounting and compliance tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including tax filings, remittances, and payroll processing.

You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records and timely reporting. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to BIR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• At least 1 year of accounting/finance experience with remittances, tax filing, and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of BIR processes and tax compliance.
• Experience with payroll and government-mandated benefits administration.
• Comfortable using accounting software; QuickBooks is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly revenue reports.
• Handle preparation and filing of Expanded Withholding Tax and VAT.
• File E-Sales/EFPS submissions.
• Support BIR LOA compliance requirements.
• Maintain PPE lapsing schedules and amortization of prepaid expenses.
• Prepare accruals for rentals and deferred revenue entries.
• Process payroll entries and other monthly accounting entries.
• Prepare and file government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage bookkeeping for accounts payable and receivable.
