Job summary

Professional Parking Management Corporation is seeking an experienced accountant to join our finance team in Ortigas, Pasig. The role focuses on monthly revenue reporting, tax filings, and government remittance compliance, with hands-on duties in AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and has at least 2 years of experience, including government remittances and VAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting/finance experience with government remittances, tax filing, and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of BIR processes and tax compliance.
• Experience with payroll and government-mandated benefits administration.
• Comfortable using accounting software; QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly revenue reports.
• Handle preparation and filing of Expanded Withholding Tax (monthly & quarterly) and VAT (quarterly).
• File E-Sales/EFPS submissions.
• Support BIR LOA compliance requirements.
• Maintain PPE lapsing schedules and amortization of prepaid expenses.
• Prepare accruals for rentals and deferred revenue entries.
• Process payroll entries and other monthly accounting entries.
• Prepare and file government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) online.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage bookkeeping for accounts payable and receivable.
• Take on other tasks as needed.
