Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, verifies, balances, reconciles, and records daily transactions across HO units.
• Checks, verifies, investigates, and validates transactions from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Prepares reminder/exception notices for un-posted or erroneous transactions.
• Encodes and records daily transactions into the online GL EGL and related systems.
• Coordinates with units to reconcile inter-office transactions and float items.
