Responsibilities

• Prepares, verifies, balances, reconciles, and ensures timeliness in posting daily transactions across multiple units.
• Checks and validates transaction data against various systems (e.g., ROPA Manager, ORION, OPICS, ILS, EXIMBILLS).
• Prepares reminder/exception notices for unposted or erroneously posted transactions.
• Encodes and records transactions daily into the GL EGL system and updates backup systems.
