Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Cebu team. If you are detail-oriented, numbers-driven and have accounting or business background, this role offers a great entry path into AP, Billing, AR/AP and GL.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce or Finance with at least 1 year of relevant experience in either BPO or non-BPO settings. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in AP, Billing, AR/AP, or GL.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and billing processes with accuracy.
• Process AR/AP entries and assist with reconciliations.
• Support general ledger activities and month-end close tasks.
