Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices, approvals, and payment timelines (Accounts Payable).
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Review employee expenses for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate payroll-related inquiries and ensure complete information.
• Support internal and external audits with organized documents.
• Maintain accurate accounting data and well-organized records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on finance queries.
