Job summary

Dragon Edge Group in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to support our growing operations with accurate and timely financial processing across receivables, inventory, and related functions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure data accuracy, assist in financial reporting and audits, and reinforce strong financial integrity in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable, inventory, or general accounting experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and ownership.
• Team player with initiative and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including billing and collections.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements and support stock reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and audits.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure data accuracy.
• Support other finance functions as needed (payables, data entry).

Your Mission

Maintain the integrity of financial data and ensure accurate, efficient accounting processes that drive the financial health of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements and support monthly stock reporting
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support other Finance functions as assigned (e.g., payables, documentation, data entry)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory, or general accounting functions
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• High attention to detail, time management, and a strong sense of ownership
• A team player with integrity, initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement
