Job summary

Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation is seeking an Accounting professional to join our Laguna, Biñan operations. The role focuses on accounts payable, BIR compliance, and general accounting tasks to support month-end activities.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with vendors, and assist the Accounting Supervisor in preparing financial reports. A GAAP-aware, detail-oriented individual with at least two years of relevant experience will thrive in our small-team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in accounts payable, accounting reporting, and BIR compliance
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Philippine accounting laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management abilities and capability to work independently in a small team setting

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment preparation, and vendor coordination
• Prepares and complete BIR-related compliance tasks and regulatory reporting requirements
• Maintains accurate accounting records and documentation in accordance with company standards
• Supports month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Performs general accounting tasks and provide administrative support to the Accounting Supervisor
