Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent Excel and accounting software skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare financial documents and statements under supervision.
• Maintain organized filing systems for digital and paper records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments as required.
