Job summary

CPPC ALLIANCE VENTURES, INC. is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Metro Manila to support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate records.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential financial information on-site in Pasig. You will record daily transactions, prepare invoices and vouchers, assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements, and support month-end close with the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing and processing payments and billing documents.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and record expenses, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and financial summaries.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related concerns.
• Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
