Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support financial planning and analysis. You will gather, update, and consolidate data to back financial planning, review complex process documentation, and reconcile various financial reports to ensure accuracy.

Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential. Candidate should have a college degree in accounting/finance and 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management or related field.
• One to two years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, updates, and consolidates data to support financial analysis and planning.
• Reviews and verifies process documentation on complex processes.
