JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Staff for BIR Documentation ensures compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) by preparing, maintaining, and submitting accurate tax documentation and reports. The role involves tax filings, monitoring transactions, assisting audits, and supporting financial compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and file BIR forms (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) on time.
• Maintain and organize BIR-related records and correspondence.
• Reconcile tax payments with accounting records and verify withholding taxes.
• Liaise with BIR officers and coordinate with internal departments.
• Assist with BIR audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and advise management on compliance.
• Support other accounting and financial reporting tasks as needed.
