Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit of expenses for security agencies, rentals, and contracted services.
• Audit checking of employee allowances.
• Record and monitor incoming/outgoing documents.
• Handling petty cash/revolving fund, making its replenishment, and request for payment.
• Making monthly summary for monthly report and reconciliation.
• Handling all property and equipment records.
