Job summary

Rockford Marketing Corporation in Manila is seeking an Accounting Associate to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting data, with 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, on-site.

You will record and update transactions, prepare reports by deadlines, review due to/due from accounts, and support the Accounting Head with documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Experience in accounting or related role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting data and records.
• Prepare and submit accounting reports within required deadlines.
• Provide reports and supporting documents as requested by the Accounting Head related to assigned tasks.
• Record and update financial transactions in the accounting system in a timely manner.
• Review and analyze "due to" and "due from" accounts and prepare necessary adjusting entries.
• Maintain and organize accounting files and records to ensure completeness and proper documentation.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the General Manager from time to time
