Job summary

PB Resource Solutions Corp in Makati is seeking an Accounting and Tax Manager with 3-5 years of accounting and tax experience. On-site role; CPA preferred; strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and BIR regulations.

You will lead the accounting team, prepare financial statements, manage AP/AR/GL, ensure tax compliance, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and government agencies to maintain strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and BIR regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with BIR taxes and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial records.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and tax regulations.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while improving internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and support management in business planning and decision-making.
