• Financial Transactions and Record-Keeping: Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and project expenses, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Tax Compliance and Payments: Prepare, file, and pay taxes such as VAT and withholding tax on time, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Project Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track costs, and prepare job cost reports to ensure accurate allocation of expenses and support decision‑making.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with cash‑flow reports and forecasts for management review.
• Internal Controls and Audit Preparation: Implement robust internal controls, maintain audit‑ready records, and support external audits to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
