Brainbox, a unique Philippine BPO, seeks an Accountant for its Finance team in Pampanga. The role covers transfer pricing, cost allocation, audit and payroll to keep records compliant and audit-ready.

You will collaborate with local management and Australian leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reliable metrics for decision-making across services to Australian clients.

Formación

• 4–7 years accounting experience including transfer pricing, cost allocation, audit and payroll.
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax (BIR) compliance and statutory payroll requirements.
• Experience with intercompany accounting; exposure to Australian entities is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks or NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing calculations and intercompany charges.
• Allocate shared costs across clients and cost centres; update models as needed.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditors and BIR queries.
• Process end-to-end payroll and manage statutory contributions; reconcile payroll accounts.
• Close month-end and year-end books; prepare financial statements and reports.
