Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) in Makati is seeking an Accountant I to manage fixed assets, inventories, and related records. The role reports to the Admin Support Division and requires accounting background, preferably CPA, with 1–3 years experience.
Responsibilities include counting assets, preparing reports like RPPPE, IIRUP, and inventory of supplies; reconciling reports with ledgers; maintaining PPE ledger cards; and supporting payroll with semi-monthly reports, plus other duties as

Candidates must have accounting background, preferably a CPA with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience
He/ She must have at least 1-3 yrs. of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting
Willing to work beyond normal working hours when required.

He/ She must perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Accounting of fixed assets, inventories, and semi-expendable items.
Conducts physical counts of fixed assets, office supplies, consumables, accountable forms, marketing materials, tokens, and semi-expendable items and submits on time the following reports:
Report on the Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (RPPPE),
Inventory and Inspection of Unserviceable Property (IIRUP),
Inventory of Office Supplies and Other Consumables,
Consumption Reports and Inventory of Unused Visa Stickers,
Consumption Reports and Inventory of Unused Forms,
Inventory of Semi-Expendable Items, and
Inventory of Unused Marketing Collaterals.
Reconciles inventory reports with accounting records and submits necessary adjustments or notifications for any discrepancies.
Maintains the Property, Plant and Equipment Ledger Cards (PPELCs) and conducts regular reconciliations with the Property Cards maintained by the Property Custodian/Supply Officer of the Admin Support Division (ASD),
Prepares and submits semi-monthly accomplishment reports for performance evaluation and payroll support, and
Performs other tasks as needed.
