MicroSourcing is hiring an Accountant to be based onsite at Two Ecom, MOA, Pasay. You will handle core accounting tasks, from recording transactions to month-end close, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, experience in accounting/bookkeeping, and proficiency in Excel with ERP tools; CPA or pursuing certification is a plus. Competitive rewards and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• CPA or pursuing certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Record, review, and maintain accurate financial transactions and records
• Prepare journal entries and assist in general ledger management
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist with audits and tax-related requirements
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
