Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Accountant to manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities and lead monthly closings. The role involves SAP journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, plus preparation of management and group reports.

You'll also prepare Australia GST reports and payroll summaries, liaise with auditors, and ensure accuracy of financial records. This on-site position offers AWS and VB benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or Finance.
• Experience with full sets of accounts and month-end closing.
• Experience with management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
• GST, taxation, audit requirements and group reporting knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly financial review reports, management reports and group reporting submissions.
• Manage monthly and annual closing, including SAP journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.
• Prepare Australia GST reports, payroll summaries, tax schedules and audit supporting documents.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on financial statements, tax returns and audit matters.
• Prepare group reporting through internal reporting systems and related-party platforms.
• Support government statistical reporting and review transfer pricing documentation.
• Manage vendor setup, payment processing and quarterly payments.
• Provide corporate secretarial support, including board resolutions, directors’ signatures and legal documentation.
• Ensure accounting records and financial reports are accurate and comply with relevant requirements.
