Brookside Manpower Services in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and support the organisation's financial decision-making processes.

You will handle AP/AR, GL reconciliations, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, payroll entries, and audit support, while identifying process improvements and safeguarding confidential information. CPA certification is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA certification is highly desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Record and post financial transactions including invoices and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank, credit card and other GL reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and timely.
• Support audit by preparing documentation and schedules.
• Assist with payroll processing and related entries.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
