Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accountant or a similar role in a corporate or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with the preparation for internal and external audits.
