Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Accountant - CPA - Accounts Receivable Specialist for a fine dining restaurant located in BGC, Taguig City. The role requires 2 years of AR-focused accounting experience and CPA status is preferred.

You will oversee billing and collections, prepare financial statements, perform bank reconciliations, ensure BIR compliance, and support external audits. Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA status preferred.
• Familiarity with BIR compliance and reporting requirements.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L).
• 2–3 years of accounting experience focusing on Accounts Receivable.
• ERP experience such as NetSuite or SAP is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable transactions, including billing, collections, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including preparation and filing of relevant forms and reports.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and support external auditors as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide accurate and timely financial data to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy


• CPA license preferred and considered an advantage


• Familiarity with BIR compliance processes and reporting requirements


• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, balance sheet, and profit and loss preparation


• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable


• Proficiency in accounting systems; ERP experience such as NetSuite or SAP is an advantage


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to meet deadlines
