Job summary

Sw Equipment And Materials Inc is seeking an experienced Accountant on-site in Quezon City. The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related business course, and full-time commitment.

You will manage end-to-end accounting, prepare tax returns, process government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), assist monthly/quarterly/annual closes, and ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies. English and Filipino communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related business course.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws.
• Experience in end-to-end accounting processes.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting processes including journal entries, GL, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns per Philippine tax laws.
• Process government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and deductions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
