We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Mexico. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with solid experience in accounting and tax compliance. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and contribute to delivering high-quality services to clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting (e.g., Athos, ITS, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, including financial statements and related reports.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly and annual tax filings.
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., translators, notaries) for procedures with RNIE, IMSS, SAT, etc.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Support payroll processing and calculation of related taxes (ISN, IMSS, Infonavit).
• Prepare and submit tax returns to SAT (monthly and annual).
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and high-quality client service.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all tasks.
• Communicate accounting information clearly and effectively.

Requirements
