Tax Preparation and Filing
Prepare and file all national and local tax returns for the firm, including income tax, business tax, and payroll tax returns.
Ensure compliance with all Philippine tax laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of tax payments and filings.
General Accounting
Maintain the firm's general ledger and chart of accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Track and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Other Duties
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting and tax laws in the Philippines.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
