Job summary

RELX in Iloilo City, Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Associate to handle email inquiries, provide accurate product and service information, and follow up on unresolved issues.

You will recognize trends in operations, assist in training new associates, maintain security and privacy, and prepare data as needed for Operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college, 45 WPM, basic MS Office, excellent English reading comprehension, and strong communication skills.
