Job summary

A7 Recruitment is seeking a Project Hire – New Account Processor to evaluate new accounts from online and manual applications in line with regulatory standards. You will prepare daily reports for internal stakeholders and verify CDD/KYC documents to ensure risk controls are followed.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, AMLA/KYC knowledge, and strong attention to detail with prior banking or financial services onboarding experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
• In-depth knowledge of AMLA rules and KYC compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in document verification and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Account Processing: Evaluate and assess newly opened accounts from online and manual applications in compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate daily tracking reports on received account applications to internal stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Verify Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) documents to ensure strict alignment with company guidelines and risk controls.
