POSITION PURPOSE:

As an Onboarding Success Analyst at Axi, you will be instrumental in facilitating our clients’ seamless onboarding journey. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• KYC & Due Diligence: Responsible for executing Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and continuous due diligence in compliance with multiple regulatory standards for both potential and current client and partner accounts.
• Alert Investigation: Analyse and investigate alerts that are generated using standard policies, procedures and tools, aimed at meeting internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Onboarding Excellence: Promote a high degree of global onboarding knowledge and compliance standards with a client-focused mindset.
• Risk Escalation: Identify, record and resolve/escalate suspicious findings following well-established escalation and reporting obligations
• Confidentiality: Maintain user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Policy Adherence: Comply with all policies, guidelines, and procedures, and actively participate in training to stay abreast of the evolving competitive and regulatory environment.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively & cohesively with key stakeholders to identify, action and develop due diligence processes that contribute to operational efficiency and personalized client experience.
• Projects & Innovation: Proactively participate in assigned projects that promote client value, operational efficiency, and innovation
• Account Administration: Oversee the creation and management of trading and rebate accounts.
• Industry Insight: Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to onboarding processes and share insights and recommendations with the broader team.
• Support: Provide direct assistance to clients and partners for any concerns related to onboarding.
• Performance Goals: Strive to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Professional Accountability: Demonstrate professional conduct, ownership, initiative, and reliability, maintaining pro-active communication and cross-team collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.Uphold performance standards, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately, and aligned with business priorities.Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned to support Axi’s broader business objectives.
