• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.

• Good understanding of basic accounting, financial transactions, and account management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ocular Credit Investigation (CI) at the client’s residence and/or business.
• Inspect collateral units, including taking photos and conducting stenciling.
• Gather client information through neighbor and barangay checking.
• Conduct employment verification and trade checking.
• Evaluate and validate information gathered during the investigation.
• Prepare accurate and complete Credit Assessment Memorandum (CAM).
• Ensure timely submission of investigation reports and supporting documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
