Philtrust Bank is seeking a driven Junior Account Officer based in Cebu City to generate loan accounts and actively manage client relationships through excellent service.

You will grow a quality loan portfolio, coordinate with Head Office for processing, and promote all loan products, with a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in lending preferred. A collaborative team player mindset and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Financial, Accountancy, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in loan processing or loan products.
• Experience in portfolio development and account management.

What We’re Looking For:

• The chosen candidate will be based in Cebu City. He/she must therefore be from Cebu or be willing to relocate to Cebu.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Financial, Accountancy, Business, or any related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, loan marketing, or handling various loan products
• Background in account development and portfolio management
• Service-oriented and client-focused
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team player with a pleasing personality and positive attitude
