Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The role focuses on achieving loan targets with strong credit quality and customer service in the microfinance segment, within the Cebu region.

The candidate should hold a four- or five-year degree, have solid selling and communication skills, basic math, and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets. Motorcycle driving is an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of lending.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers/units involved in processing and servicing loans.
• Review and update customer loan files and loan agreements.
• Execute sales/marketing activities to hit volume targets.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Micro,Smalland Medium Enterprisesis responsible forachieving loan volume targets whilemaintainingprofitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activelysolicitmicrofinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer
• Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications todeterminefeasibility of granting loans
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts
• Coordinate with concerned officers and/or other units related to processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course /Bachelors DegreeHolder
• Possesses good selling,communicationand customer service skills.
• Musthave basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing& spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle
