Job summary

My Mountain Mover, based in the Philippines, seeks an proactive Account Manager to support US medical and dental practices with qualified Filipino virtual assistants. The role requires strong client-facing and people-management experience.

You will be the main point of contact for client concerns, investigate disputes, drive retention, monitor VA performance, coach teams, and escalate when needed. This is a full-time remote role with a KPI-driven focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of remote client-facing experience, including retention and check-in calls.
• At least 2 years as a team lead, supervisor, or manager, with experience coaching people against KPIs.
• Proficiency in KPIs, business process cycle, project management, quality management, risk management, and information technology.

My Mountain Mover (MMM) helps U.S. medical and dental practices build stronger teams through highly qualified Filipino virtual assistants. We're looking for a proactive Account Manager with client-facing, people management, and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

For The Clients:

• Act as the main POC for company-related concerns, including billing disputes and process requests.
• Investigate and resolve client-VA disputes, conduct periodic check-ins, and ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Handle cancellations, escalating complex cases when necessary.

For The Virtual Assistants:

• Monitor VA performance, attendance, incentives, and credentials.
• Ensure VA reliability, provide coaching and mentorship, and share subject matter expertise.
• Address VA misconduct, conduct regular check-ins, and manage resignations and attrition, escalating when needed.
• Assists in VA accountability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of remote client-facing experience, including retention and check-in calls
• At least 2 years as a team lead, supervisor, or manager, with experience coaching people against KPIs
• Proficiency in key performance indicators, business process cycle, project management, quality management, risk management, and information technology.

Up to $1300 base pay with $275 performance-based incentives monthly
