Rise Internet is on a mission to accelerate internet access in the Philippines by delivering excellent services and high-quality support to our business and wholesale partners. The Account Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities and help achieve revenue targets through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or dealing with similar decision makers.
• Result-oriented with a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
• Strong communication skills and strong command of English.
• Established history of exceeding sales targets and related achievements.
• Demonstrable experience in a complex environment requiring attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects from lead sources (SAQ, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other supporting teams).
• Saturate assigned sites, clusters, etc. for lead generation, potential business, promotional, and other business purposes.
• Generate and nurture new leads for new business opportunities through various channels and utilizing brand collaterals.
• Champion the RISE Brand to attract and develop client/business relations.
• Contribute to the overall revenue of the Company by meeting individual and team targets as assigned.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to promote and deliver RISE services.
• Ensure strict adherence to up-to-date internal, external, and legal compliance and standards.
• Maintain data integrity, sales pipeline, and sales processes in support of business goals.
• Ensure consistent positive customer experience.
• Other ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate by the line manager to support the business
