Job summary

Maxx and Bruno Pet Nation Corp is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce operator to manage our TikTok Shop and run end-to-end operations from product listing to fulfillment. You will coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth daily processes.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of promotions, vouchers, and online marketing to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end E-Commerce operations from product listing to order fulfillment.
• Strong experience handling TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of listing, inventory, order processing and fulfillment flow.
• Able to coordinate with warehouse, marketing and other internal teams.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and chat support.
• Basic knowledge in promotions, vouchers, and online marketing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in social media posting or brand promotion is a plus.
