  • Monitor custodian, private bank, and fund manager portals for transactions, valuations, notices, and actionable items.
  • Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and appropriately classified based on supporting documentation.
  • Investigate reconciliation breaks and transaction discrepancies and, for the most part, resolve routine issues independently while seeking guidance as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex items to the onshore team with clear supporting analysis.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, client reporting, and new client onboarding as needed.
  • Document and maintain process procedures, checklists, and supporting documentation to enable consistent execution and knowledge transfer.
  • Follow established controls and procedures and identify opportunities to improve or streamline recurring processes.
  • Handle more complex transactions and reconciliations, take greater ownership of assigned processes, perform deeper analysis of exceptions, and support process improvement and junior team members where appropriate.
Qualifications & Preferred Background
  • Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, investment operations, fund accounting, financial services, or managed services.

  • Strong accounting fundamentals and experience performing reconciliations and researching differences.
  • Working knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work for the most part independently within established processes, while appropriately seeking guidance and proactively flagging issues to the onshore team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
