Job summary

ARBEIT INFOTECH INC. Philippines seeks a hands-on SME for ACBS core banking transformation.

You will own the Commercial Lending stream, drive requirement analysis and To-Be design for origination, servicing, disbursement and repayment, and work directly with product vendors to validate the solution. You will lead workshops with stakeholders, prepare Interface Specification Documents, and support integration via MQ, REST/SOAP, and file interfaces, plus SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ACBS implementation in core banking transformation
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending lifecycle (origination, servicing, disbursement, repayment)
• Experience defining lending interfaces with GL and accounting systems
• 10+ years IT experience in core banking programs
• Proven ability to work independently to drive solutioning, documentation and approvals
• Strong stakeholder management with business, interface/platform and Solution Architecture teams
• Experience preparing ISDs and integration design artifacts with sign-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present options to senior stakeholders and vendors
• Based in the Philippines for the entire duration of the project

Responsibilities

• Analyze lending requirements and support solution design for origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment across ACBS.
• Support integration design between ACBS and upstream/downstream systems, including GL posting and reconciliation, and payment/disbursement rails.
• Act as SME for the product/module during requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing, and cutover phases.
• Engage with product vendors to clarify capability, configuration options, gaps, and constraints; drive To-Be system design decisions.
• Lead/participate in workshops with business stakeholders, interface teams, Solution Architecture, and platform vendors to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare and own Interface Specification Documents (ISDs), functional and technical design documents, and drive reviews/sign-off.
• Support integration design with MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Support SIT/UAT test planning, defect triage, and resolution with vendor/delivery teams.
• Support data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation activities relevant to the module.
• Assist cutover planning and hypercare activities through go-live.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams, pro-actively escrow risks and issues.
