Job summary

Bal Raksha Bharat invites applications for the role of Assistant-PIU (Academic Support Fellow) in Noida. The incumbent will oversee MAC operations, support academic classes, and collaborate with schools, ward authorities, and other stakeholders to strengthen child education and protection mechanisms.

The role requires 1–3 years of NGO/community experience, graduate/postgraduate qualifications in social sciences or teaching, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG in Social Science /Teaching//any discipline from a recognized university or college.
• Weightage given to female candidates with B.Ed./B. El. Ed./JBT qualification with teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise project deliverables aligned with organisational strategy.
• Identify children for MAC enrollment and space for MAC setup.
• Prepare child profiles and tracking sheets for MAC enrollees; develop timetables and teaching materials.
• Conduct academic classes with MAC enrolled children; maintain MAC documents.
• Chair monthly parent-teacher meetings and monitor school retention after enrolment.
• Create a conducive learning environment and engage local partners for activity implementation.
• Document progress, case studies, and success stories; support donor reporting and interface meetings.
• Lead project milestones, implementation plans, MIS, procurement, and stakeholder plans; weekly/monthly work plans.
