Job summary

ELITE MENTORS Ph in Quezon City is seeking dedicated individuals to work one-on-one with children with autism in a structured therapy setting, implementing individualized ABA-based treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

You will collect and record data on sessions and progress, support communication, social, academic, and daily living skills, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, parents, and clinical supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred.
• No prior experience required; entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA techniques and other behavioral methodologies.
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate.
• Willing to work flexible hours depending on client schedules.
• Must be willing to undergo background checks and health clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in a structured therapy setting.
• Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data on each session and client progress.
• Support children in building communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
