Job summary

RGP is seeking an A2R Manager in the Philippines to lead a finance transformation and separation program. The role oversees balance sheet transfers, data migration, cutover planning, testing, and hypercare, while guiding a high-performing team through challenging timelines.

You will collaborate with BUF, Tax, CFM, FinTech, and Operations, ensuring accurate data transitions and stakeholder alignment. Strong supervisory experience and SAP ERP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in ATR/RTR operations and finance transformation is good to have.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment and SAP ERP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to support finance transformation and separation initiatives.
• Coordinate balance sheet transfer analysis with stakeholders.
• Provide data migration and cutover support across teams.
• Coach and develop team members, manage workload, and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure timely reconciliation, testing, and post-cutover hypercare activities.
• Train operations teams on separation-related processes and controls.
