Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Service Agent – 4PL who will act as the operational focal point for import and export flows, coordinating 3PL operations and representing the client to ensure end-to-end shipment visibility and KPI compliance.

You will work with customers, carriers, brokers, warehouses, and planning teams to execute shipments, manage exceptions, and drive continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Experience with import/export operations preferred.
• Familiarity with brokers, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Experience serving multinational customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from origin to final delivery and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and warehouses to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain shipment visibility and update trackers and scorecards.
• Provide timely communication on status, risks, and recoveries.
• Identify process gaps and support automation and reporting improvements.
• Ensure governance, SOP compliance, and escalation when needed.
