Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Second Voice support to agents to maximize payment opportunities.
• Mentor and coach agents, and drive individual development.
• Monitor queue, liquidation efforts, and workload prioritization to meet targets.
• Coach on call handling, objection management, and customer interactions.
• Support daily team operations, meetings, and program rollouts.
• Escalate compliance, quality, or process concerns to leadership.
