Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a Visualisation Artist to join our Philippines team. You will collaborate with account managers and event teams to interpret briefs and deliver compelling 3D visuals on time.

This role requires a strong portfolio, 3+ years in a 3D/visualisation role, and advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D. You will help create renders, fly-throughs, and VR-ready content while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a 3D or visualization role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality render imagery, preferably in events or exhibitions.
• Proficient in listed design tools and software; stays current with design trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and design teams to interpret briefs and deliver visuals on time.
• Create still renders, fly-throughs, virtual tours, and VR-ready content for pitches and projects delivery.
• Deliver innovative, accurate visual solutions with high quality standards.

• Provide weekly task updates and manage workload effectively.

Profile Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a 3D or visualisation role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality render imagery, preferably within events, exhibitions, or
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Knowledge of resolution, compression, and delivery formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Promote the value of Creative Services internally through collaboration, education, and knowledge-sharing.
• Maintain confidentiality across all client and internal projects.
• Provide weekly task updates and manage workload effectively.
• Content Creation & Technical Delivery
• Operate 3D and 2D authoring software independently or as part of a creative team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, communication objectives, and required output formats.
• Work within defined timeframes and budget parameters.
• Apply best-practice file management, naming conventions, and backup protocols.
